Renting a property with O’Connell Property Agents
Once you have found a property that you wish to rent through us we will need anyone aged 18 or over who will be living at the property to complete an application form and go through the referencing process.
Should a Guarantor be required, they will need to complete a separate application form and also go through the referencing process.
We will need to take a holding fee, listed below, to reserve a property, subject to contract. The holding fee must be paid in cleared funds which can be via online bank transfer or in cash (receipt provided).
