How do I move forwards with this property?
Should a prospective Tenant/s wish to move forwards with this property they will need to be able to complete a pre-tenancy application.
If the application is successful they will then need to place a holding deposit. This will be equivalent to a maximum of 1 week's rent (£276.92) based on the rent being £1,200.00. The referencing process will then begin.
