Emma Cottell

I am a Partner of the firm based in our Tewkesbury office. I qualified as a Legal Executive in 2002 from the Worcester College of Law, and have worked in private practice for over 20 years. I joined Thomson & Bancks in January 2015 and became a Partner of the firm in July 2019.

I am an experienced Residential Conveyancer; dealing with sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties. I also act for a number of Company clients’ purchasing buy to let properties for investment purposes; and I am highly experienced at dealing with the specific requirements of mortgage lenders’ if a company mortgage is required.

I appreciate that moving home can be a very stressful time and for this reason I make it my top priority to progress matters as quickly as possible, whilst maintaining the highest standards and keeping my clients’ up to date as to progress at all times.
