Jessica Crane

Jessica joined Thomas Legal in 2017 as a Legal Assistant having just completed her Law Degree at the University of the West of England. Jessica was quickly promoted to Paralegal where she was able to gain exposure to a range of varied residential property matters in the Cotswolds and in London while undertaking the Legal Practice Course part time.

Jessica then undertook her Training Contract with the firm and has successfully qualified as a Solicitor in August 2022.

Jessica now has over 5 years’ experience handling transactions across all areas of residential property, including leasehold and freehold, new build, unregistered, shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions. She also undertakes regular professional development courses to ensure that her knowledge and understanding of residential property and other related areas of law is kept up to date.
